Sevenoaks by Keyla

The house is build with EP's: Late Night, The Seasons and World Adventure.
A large family house with 4 bedrooms include a nursery, one single bed and 2 double beds (2nd floor). Beautiful paintings and wallpapers from Ziggy28, Jomsims and Ung999.

Also on the second floor a piano, the piano is from the EP Late Night.

On the first floor: kitchen, dining room, a pool, a shower room, an office, a living room with TV and a laundry room.

Information regarding the  laundry, when you will download the house the washmachine/tumbler will not be in the house because I used EA machines from the store, in my shots above you can see both machines with a sink inside the room, they cost around 200 points each.
Otherwise the washmachine/tumbler in the Ambitions EP but you can also find W/T for "free" at TSR (the sims resource).

Garden with vegetables/fruits patch, a swimming pool, sand for kids, barbecue and I built a decorative bridge.
Double garage.
